This has several health benefits such as helping manage and improve the symptoms of asthma, lower blood pressure and many more all by developing breath control and using your diaphragm.


That however was only one factor. let’s move back to those feel good hormones. Well it turns out not only do they help with well-being and mental health but they can help with many physical properties such as reducing pain, creating more antibodies to improve the immune system, and improving circulation helping with swelling and inflammation. This is just a few let alone the fact it keeps your voice young, and helps energize and improves brian power!
