Conclusion
Over the last 8 years i have been teaching both individuals and groups / choirs helping them learn how to maneuver their voice in different ways, exploring various genres, and encouraging self expression whilst keeping the main objectives ‘having fun’ and even while learning this art form the pleasure and joy that comes from lessons is contagious. Through my work I have had the pleasure of meeting individuals from all walks of life, some enthusiastic and others painfully nervous but the result of a single half an hour of singing is always consistent with positive emotions proving the factors spoken about above.
From this information I would like all who read to look into singing be it a choir or 1-1 lessons or even just adding it into your day to day routine as I guarantee it will improve several factors of your life from either sector; Wellbeing,Mental health, physical health, speech & language or confidence.
